WE LIKE SUMMER, TOO!

Just like you, we love the warm summer months so, in order that we can enjoy this time with our families and friends, we'll be closed on Sundays from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September. We'll be reopening on Sundays at the beginning of October. Meanwhile, double check your supplies so you don't run short on a Sunday!

E4 EMBROIDERY TECHNIQUES WORKSHOP

Come see what all the fuss is about embroidery and how it can enhance your sewing, quilting or home dec creations. No matter what your skill level, you will absolutely enjoy this fun-filled day of embroidery education, all while you work on a hands-on embroidery project. Don't have an embroidery machine? Don't worry, join us and try one of ours. Kits available or bring your own. (Be sure to request your kit at least one week before class!) Bonus: You'll receive a design CD along with many extras valued $59.95!

ERIN UNDERWOOD WORKSHOP

Wednesday, June 5th - 1-5pm - $40

Learn a new technique to create a fan block with no curved piecing and no applique! With a little strip piecing and some strategic cutting with the Creative Grids 15-Degree Triangle Ruler, you can create this swirling checkerboard pattern with ease. Make the blocks then square them up to the correct size! You will be amazed at how easy this mesmerizing quilt comes together! Skills addressed included sewing an accurate 1/4" seam allowance, pressing for construction, matching multiple seams at an intersection, trimming to square up a block. Perfect for a confident beginner to try! Creative Grid's 15-degree Triangle Ruler and Chinese fans pattern required.

A great selection of Christmas fabric, patterns and project ideas means lots of fun projects for you to start... and finish in time to relax and enjoy the holidays!

LONGARM RENTAL PROGRAM

Having fun constructing your beautiful quilt tops and now they sit in a pile to be quilted? Would you like to own every part of the quilt making process? Then consider renting one of our quilting machines so you can quilt your own top. All of our machines are stitch regulated for ease of use. It is quite easy, lots of fun, and you did it yourself! You can finish your quilt with free motion, pantogram, or groovy boards. With additional certification, you can use the computerized program and can easily size our built in computerized designs. These can be custom sized to fit your block's length and width or create a beautiful all over design with the push of a button or two! You must be certified prior to renting our machine!

• Basic Certification

  You will be instructed on how to load and thread the machine, use the controls and play with stitching. You will then be certified to rent time on our Longarm to quilt your tops using free hand motion, a pantograph, or groovy boards. Class size is very limited, so enroll early!

• Pro Stitcher Certification

  Mastered the freehand motion for your quilting? Would like to try the Pro Stitcher computer driven quilting designs and create computerized sizes, shapes or beautiful all over designs? This Pro Stitcher certification class will introduce you to a world of innovative quilting.

PA NATIONAL QUILT EXTRAVAGANZA

It is so nice to have such a fabulous quilt show back in our neck of the woods. Once again this year we'll be vending for Brother at the quilt show at Oaks, and we'll be bring lots of fun machines for you to try. We'll have some awesome quilt show specials, so be sure to stop in and say "hi!"
